Junk foods are loaded with fat and sugar, less in fiber supplement, protein, minerals, vitamins or other important nutritional value. Most of the bakery items, street foods, fast foods, frozen foods and drinks fall under the category. 

Though these foods get prepared in less time and give pleasure to your taste buds, it has a very bad effect on your health.
